There’s something rather special about meeting an animal that has a name, a personality and a story all of its own.
Here at Flavour First, our herd isn’t just part of the landscape, they’re part of the family. Whether it’s our gentle Highland cows grazing peacefully in the fields or our mischievous pygmy goats climbing anything they can find, every one of them brings character, curiosity and plenty of smiles to the farm.
Spend a little time with them and you’ll soon discover that no two are quite the same. Some are confident and love meeting visitors, others are a little more reserved. Some enjoy a scratch behind the ears, while others are usually busy searching for their next tasty snack!

Our animals do far more than greet visitors.
They play an important role in helping us care for the farm naturally. From the Highland cows gently grazing the pasture to the playful goats browsing hedgerows, every member of the herd contributes to the biodiversity, balance and beauty of the landscape we continue to nurture.
