Meet Our Highland Girls
Every member of our Highland family has her own personality, beautiful features and special place in our hearts. Which one will steal yours?
Adopt Skye
Our gorgeous ginger girl!
With her beautiful reddish coat, fabulous sweeping horns and signature Highland fringe, Skye is everything we love about these wonderful animals.
She’s a real beauty, and with that wonderfully shaggy hairstyle, she’s always ready for her close-up, even if she can’t quite see the camera!
If you’re looking for a traditional, picture-perfect Highland cow to adopt, Skye could be your girl.
Adopt Murren
A beautiful Highland with a whole lot of charm!
Murren is one of our gorgeous ginger Highlands, with a magnificent pair of horns, a wonderfully fluffy coat and a face that’s impossible not to love.
She’s a beautiful example of this iconic Scottish breed, and there’s something particularly special about seeing her enjoying life in the fields at Flavour First.
With her gorgeous colouring and unmistakable Highland looks, Murren is a firm favourite for anyone who loves these gentle, shaggy animals.
Adopt Hazel
Our lovely Highland girl with a gorgeous golden coat!
Hazel is a beautiful addition to our adoption family, with her soft, shaggy coat, lovely colouring and wonderfully sweet face.
She’s exactly the sort of Highland who makes you want to stop, say hello and take just one more photograph!
Hazel is a lovely choice for anyone who has a soft spot for our gorgeous Highlands and wants a little piece of farm life to treasure at home.
Adopt Olive
Our beautiful dark Highland with a striking look all of her own!
Olive certainly stands out from the crowd!
With her stunning dark coat, gorgeous windswept fringe and magnificent horns, she’s a real head-turner among our Highland family.
Her rich colouring makes her especially striking, and we think she’s every bit as gorgeous as our ginger girls.
If you’re looking for a Highland with something a little different, Olive might just be the perfect choice!

Why Adopt a Highland?
When you adopt one of our Highland cows, you’re doing more than purchasing a gift.
You’re helping support the care and wellbeing of the animals who make Flavour First Farm such a special place.
Our Highlands are a huge part of farm life, and we’re delighted to give visitors and supporters the chance to feel a little closer to them.
Your adoption is a symbolic one, meaning your chosen Highland will continue to live happily here at Flavour First, where our team will look after her.
You’ll have your own special connection to her and can enjoy hearing how she’s getting on through our seasonal updates.
And, of course, if you visit us at one of our events, you might even spot your adopted girl enjoying life in the fields!
Ready to Adopt Your Favourite Highland?
Whether you’ve fallen for Skye’s gorgeous ginger locks, Murren’s magnificent horns, Hazel’s sweet face or Olive’s striking dark coat, we’d love to welcome you into our Highland adoption family.
Simply choose your favourite cow, select your adoption pack and complete your purchase through our secure booking partner, Beyonk.
NEW! Adopt Inga & Thora
Double the goats, double the mischief!
For the first time, we’re also introducing Pygmy Goat Adoptions, featuring our two cheeky little characters, Inga and Thora!
These two rascals are full of personality, and because they’re such a brilliant little duo, you’ll be adopting them together.
Available as either a Digital or Classic Adoption Pack, it’s another lovely way to support the animals here at Flavour First Farm.
If you prefer a little goat-sized mischief to magnificent Highland horns, this could be the adoption for you!
Please note: All adoptions are symbolic and do not transfer ownership of the animals. Our Highlands will remain in the care of Flavour First Farm. Physical adoption packs are subject to postage and packaging charges.
